Given the heightened business environment due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19), our top priority is to ensure the continuity of our support services while ensuring the safety of our employees. I would like to detail the steps Towerwall is taking as we navigate together through the uncertainty of the current events.
In line with recommendations from local governments and health authorities, we have implemented a limited travel program that includes avoiding large gatherings and conferences. We have also reinforced hygiene steps to prevent the spread of COVID-19 at Towerwall and are now working remotely.
Towerwall is providing a solution for remote users which will allow you to enable access to specific applications within your network via a hybrid cloud solution (or completely on-premise if you prefer) and only AFTER full authentication has occurred. Prior to authentication of a user, you will not accept any traffic from the user WHATSOEVER. Towerwall can also enable the solution within 24 hours without the need to install clients on end-user devices.
